Chocolate cold coffee with icecream recipe
I am personally not a coffee lover. But my little one and my hubby both like the cold coffee so much. To give them company i have invented a chocolaty version of cold coffee. It is simple, yummy and cooooooooooooooooooooooooool!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In hot summer afternoons it is a best coolant you can enjoy with family.
Ingredients:
Chilled milk - 1 big mug (250 ml)
Sugar - 2 tables
Coffee - 1/2 teaspoon (I have used Nescafe classic)
Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoonful
Vanilla Ice cream - 1 scoop
Method:
In a mixer bowl or simple bowl take milk. Add sugar, cocoa powder and coffee powder to it. Now mix well and add some cubes of ice if you are comfortable with. Start the mixer and churn it for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
If you are having hand mixer than run it for 5-7 minutes in the bowl.
Then in a glass put the scoop of ice-cream and pour the mixture slowly. The froth and the icecream scoop ill come upwards and float on the top of the glass. Now sprinkle a small amount of chocolate shredding over it and serve with spoon and straw.
Tips:
If you use full cream milk it will give best results however toned milk ill also come out nice.
Ice I personally avoid because of my kid so it is optional to use. If you use chilled milk you need not use ice.
